Highmark Homes Ltd was launched in 1998 and is currently distributing kitset homes throughout New Zealand as well as exporting them overseas. Highmark Homes Ltd is a privately owned company that has been constructing homes throughout the North Island of New Zealand since 1968.

Bob Hunt is the Managing Director of Highmark Homes Ltd and has been a fully certified builder since 1968. Two of Bob's sons, Ryan and Damon, are experienced builders in their own right after having spent many years working both here in New Zealand and also abroad.

Our kitsets are always delivered on time with a full schedule of materials and we guarantee the quality and quantities of material according to the New Zealand Building Code.

We supply you with elaborate working drawings that provide explicit instructions on how to construct your new home. These drawings have been designed for the owner/builder to interpret so they contain a considerable amount of detailed information and we are very proud of their quality.

In the case of remote areas our kitsets are an invaluable tool for constructing your own home, to save money and also to have all materials on site where and when you need them.
