Our company has amassed considerable experience in the Pacific Rim countries during the 40 years we have been a part of the building industry. We have exported housing kits to islands throughout the Pacific Basin as well as many other countries around the world. We guarantee the quality of our materials and provide extremely comprehensive working drawings for the construction of each home, which your builders should easily be able to follow.

We pre-cut, package, and deliver tanalised timber framed homes and galvanised steel frames to order from our existing brochure designs. We design homes and buildings to suit the various countries' cultural and environmental requirements providing hurricane-resistant homes to the standards set by the various international building codes.

Most of our Pacific homes have been specifically designed to suit particular locations by having such features as large verandah overhangs, sliding windows in the bedrooms, and lounge and dining rooms that provide efficient airflow. Also, the majority of the homes have flyscreens fitted. We also recommend that all homes in the Pacific have floors constructed either from plywood or concrete. We do not recommend using particleboard due to its susceptibility to moisture and termites.

All export homes are sent from New Zealand, either from our port here in Tauranga, or from Auckland, depending on the shipping lines for the destination.

Steel-Framing - All of our plans can be built with wooden or steel-framing.
