With access to a range of lending facilities MME source the best options available to you. Their Mortgage Brokers are experienced and have a thorough knowledge of the building process. They can guide you through from section purchase to house completion. They will cover loan approval, repayments, loan structure and progress payment options. MME can even arrange an approval through your own bank.

Section Finance (up to 90% of the section purchase price)

Lending values differ among lending facilities. MME will lisise with these lenders to achieve the best result for you.

House and Section Finance (up to 90% of cost)

MME have identified, and have a close association with, lending facilities who can assist in this area. Finance is more complex to arrange for building projects where there is only a relatively small deposit. MME will work with you to make your dream a reality.

Kitset Finance

A kitset home is dispatched from our factories and transported to your site in two deliveries. Payment is required in 2 stages prior to despatch of each delivery. MME can look at your finance options and provide you with the best strategy.
