The five easy steps to procure your kit home are as follows :

1. Obtain finance. We have a finance plan available for your convenience. If you would like financial advice please contact us and we will help to assess your requirements and arrange for you to meet with one of our finance brokers with whom we work closely. We can also arrange bridging finance.



2. Select a home which suits your personal taste and budget and we provide you with a fixed price quote to suit your area.



3. Fill in the Contract to Purchase Agreement form and post back to us, along with a deposit of NZ$2000 to allow us to process your order.



4. Receive a full set of working drawings, specifications and colour scheme chart with a selection of colours and other general information to enable you to apply for building consent.



5. You will be sent your kit home package once we have received your deposit and processed your request through our factories.
