We have a comprehensive schedule of materials supplied for each home. Our schedules vary from home to home as different homes have different specifications. For example, depending on the series you could select from the following combinations; brick, texture, weatherboard, tile roof etc. For homes with a wooden floor we supply all of the sub-floor foundation materials except for piles until we know the level of the site. In the case of concrete floor homes we supply all materials from the bottom plate up.

All of the other components used in the prefabricated framing, roofing, aluminium joinery, interior finishing, interior doors, kitchen units, oven, hob, range hood, dishwasher and on-wall plumbing fittings all the way down to nails, screws and adhesives are supplied in your kit and a comprehensive list is included along with your working drawings.

The product for your home is delivered in two stages; with the first delivery including pre-manufactured frames and trusses, exterior cladding, roofing, spouting and aluminum joinery. This delivery enables your builder to complete your home to a lock up stage. The second delivery includes all interior linings, insulation, doors, kitchen, shower, bath, toilets, appliances, and all other internal materials to finish the interior. This second delivery can then be stored, if required, in the lockable shell.

As the owner of the package you employ a builder and oversee the complete construction of your home, i.e. obtain quotes and employ the labour (the builder), and/or sub-trades (plumber/drainlayer, electrician etc.) to complete the construction of your home.
